One of the main tools in most engineers toolkit will always be a spreadsheet program.  Love them or loathe them, you will be turning to them on a daily basis.  We know we do!  However, we have created a few simple tools that make our daily lives that little bit easier and offer them here to our readers.  We hope you find them useful.  Please note these tools are offered without any formal support or warranty, and you use them completely at your own risk.

For Microsoft Excel, we have prepared a short macro to produce a report in excel based on data in the spreadsheet.  Whilst a pivotable is a great tool to support adhoc data analysis, it does not lend itself for preparing reports.  Check it out here: ProtoSheet.
